On my first consultation with Ms Cheung, I was immediately impressed by her very agreeable personality and frank advice on the impending sale of my home. She methodically se the sale in motion with superb efficiency and thoroughness. The advice she gave us, from the fixation of the sale price to every move in the execution of the sale, was well thought out. Throughout the progress of the sale, she promptly responded to any questions or doubts that we had and kept us well informed on every aspect of the sale. My wife and I could hardly suppress our delight when our home was sold within 3 days of the listing, and at a very good price indeed!

I never thought that this would feel this easy with very little stress. This is because she took care of everything, big or small. Her high level of service has surprised me.
